COPPER LINK BRACELET
This earthy bracelet is made with copper from the hardware store. Unlike its nontarnish counterparts sold in craft and jewelry stores, hardware-store copper wire quickly takes on an aged appearance; a wipe of the jewelry cloth will instantly bring back shiny copper. I like how the natural tarnishing integrates with the charms and stones, but you could easily make a low-maintenance version by substituting with nontarnish copper. The construction is a basic chain maille technique with a little decorative wrapping to attach the stone bead dangles.
